To request consideration for your automobile or motorcycle to be entered into the show, complete the application below, attach three photos of your automobile (exterior, interior and engine compartment) and click submit.

All entries will be reviewed by the selection committee to determine those entries accepted for judging. Entries not chosen for judging will be entered for exhibit only.
The Coyote Creek Concours d'Elegance is an SCCA sanctioned event.
The vehicle registration fee is $125.00 per entry. The fee includes admission for driver and co-pilot, continental breakfast (coffee/tea and donuts/pastries,) 2 lunch vouchers, concours program, and a gift.
Starting Grid entry fee is $75. This will be an area on the main show field for those who want to display their vehicles in a non-competitive environment. The fee includes admission for driver and co-pilot, continental breakfast, concours program, and a gift.
Registration for The Drive is $120 for car and driver. Each additional co-pilot is $80.
The Concours Selection Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entry for judging that does not meet Concours Standards. Each class will be limited to 10 judged entries and limited to 12 total entries. Two of the entries will be display only. The Selection Committee has the right to change the entries classification or change, add or combine classes depending on the number and type of entries.
Any vehicle that has won Best of Show or First Place in Class at the 2019 Coyote Creek Concours d’Elegance will not be eligible for judging in the year immediately following. However, previous winners are welcome for display only and may return for judging in future years. No refunds will be given once your vehicle is accepted.
Vehicles competing to win the SCCA Year End Championship award must be 1987 or older and judged by SCCA judges. Once a car has won this award, it is ineligible to win again.
No Transporters or Vehicle Trailers shall be permitted on the Concours field. Transporter and trailer unloading will be available in a designated area.
Placement of cars and motorcycles on the field will be between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on show day. If you are planning on bringing and leaving your vehicle or transporter on Saturday night, please let us know. There will be security on site Saturday night.
The Concours is rain or shine. Please set up your chairs behind your automobile, not in front.
Commercial signs, displays, undercarriage mirrors, for sale signs, drones, dogs (with the exception of certified service dogs), will be prohibited on the Concours field. Personal pop-up tents or umbrellas are strictly prohibited. All Bonnets, doors and windows to remain closed until judging is completed. The Concours will provide free water, tents and seating for shade throughout the show field.
All Vehicles must have a fully charged FIRE EXTINGUISHER!
ALL ENTRANTS MUST STAY ON THE FIELDS UNTIL THE BEST OF SHOW TROPHY HAS BEEN AWARDED. NO EXCEPTIONS
Any entrant may choose to have his or her vehicle judged or entered as exhibit only in Classes. Exhibit only entries may not be changed to judged on the day of the show. This does not apply to vehicles entered it the (formerly the Corral). Starting Grid entries are display only.
Class Judging will begin at 10:00 a.m. Awards presentation will begin at approximately 2:00 p.m. Exhibitors must be at their vehicle during judging. Entrants are advised to check their cars and motorcycles between 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to see if they have received a card on their windshield stating they have won an award and if so, should remain at their vehicle until directed to drive to the trophy presentation area.
